Tradilo Castellbisbal is the result of years of work, a forward-thinking vision, and a significant investment in one of Barcelona’s most in-demand logistics areas. It is a modern service facility for the transport sector, primarily focused on vehicle washing, and has been developed with great dedication and effort. The project incorporates cutting-edge technology to offer efficient and sustainable solutions to a constantly evolving sector.

With a total area of ​​32,000 m2, we offer tanker washing services, container storage (DEPOT), ADR parking, goods heating and cooling (with water or steam), and services for drivers such as catering, self-service laundry, among others.

At our base in Castellbisbal we have:

  • 4 Chemical tracks.
  • 2 food tracks.
  • 4 chemical drying tracks.
  • 2 food tanks drying tracks.
  • 30 rotary tank cleaners.
  • Working pressures between 50 bar and 140 bar.
  • 1 boiler producing 4000Kg of steam per hour.
  • Hot air drying systems with food filter on all tracks.
  • Steaming and steam heating systems on all tracks. Exclusive heating zone for 6 tanks. Night and weekend heating. Electric heating.
  • Heating/cooling system with controlled temperature water.
  • Certifications: EFTCO / SQAS / ISO9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 39001 / ISO 45001.

At our base at Constantí we have:

  • 5 Chemical tracks.
  • 1 food track.
  • 6 drying tracks.
  • 1 exterior washing track.
  • 29 rotary tank cleaners.
  • 100 and 200 bar pressure.
  • 2 boilers producing 9000Kg of steam per hour.
  • Hot air drying systems with food filter on all tracks.
  • Steaming and steam heating systems on all tracks. Exclusive heating zone for 6 tanks. Night and weekend heating. Electric heating.
  • Heating/cooling system with controlled temperature water.
