This process ensures that the product temperature remains within the desired range throughout the journey, preventing spoilage, solidification, or degradation.

- Dedicated steam heating area for 6 tanks.
- Regulated steam heating from 100°C to 150°C.
- 2 independent temperature-controlled water heating areas separate from the steam heating area.
- Water heating from 30°C to 80°C.
