On January 27, Tradilo Inversiones, S.L. acquired the Netur Group’s Service Centers and Car Washes, including facilities, equipment, and operations in Lorquí (Murcia), Carlet (Valencia), and Palau D’Anglesola (Lleida). Effective February 1, these businesses will be integrated into Tradilo Inversiones, which will assume their management with a team of over 60 professionals led by Alberto Hurtado, ensuring continuity of service with a total staff of 150.

This acquisition strengthens our efficiency and territorial coverage by adding three centers to our existing network, generating industrial and operational synergies. In this way, we consolidate our leadership after 25 years of operation, maintaining safety, sustainability, responsibility, and integrity as our core principles.

On July 24, we conducted an emergency response drill at the TRADILO INVERSIONES center in Castellbisbal.

The simulated emergency involved a non-ADR chemical spill, its containment, and the necessary transfer of the goods to another container.

The drill resulted in a positive outcome, and the simulated spill was controlled and resolved without incident. The emergency team was well-coordinated, and the response personnel performed safely and effectively.
